1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you choose to submit, including your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination ZIP codes, preferred moving date and date flexibility, moving service, home or move size, packing needs, and preferred contact method. You may also choose a community discount category or provide notes about your move.

Please do not submit payment card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, military or other identification documents, or other sensitive information in the quote form. Selecting a discount category is optional; eligibility is discussed separately.

We record the contact permission you provide, the time of submission, and a quote reference. If you arrive through a tagged link, campaign labels such as the ad source and campaign name may be included with your submitted request. These help us understand which advertising brought the inquiry.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and error or security logs. The form also uses a time-limited hashed network identifier to help limit abusive submissions; the application does not store your raw IP address with your moving request.

2. How we use information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your inventory and route, prepare estimates, confirm availability and requested services, coordinate a move you book, answer questions, and maintain relevant business records. We also use it to protect our forms, investigate problems, and understand the sources of quote requests.

Submitting a quote authorizes contact about that moving request as described in the form. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing or authorize automated marketing calls or text messages. You can request that we stop following up at any time. A quote request does not reserve a move or require a payment.

3. When information is shared

Relevant team members and service providers may process information needed to operate our website, store requests, deliver email notifications, and respond to your move. This website uses Sites hosting and its infrastructure providers for hosting and storage, FormSubmit for forwarding quote notifications, and Google/Gmail for our business inbox. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies; you can review FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

We do not sell the quote information you submit through this website or share it with other businesses for their own marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to service providers assisting with services you request. If a business transfer affects these records, we will require their continued handling under applicable privacy obligations and notify you of material changes.

4. Facebook and Instagram lead forms

If you submit an instant form through a Premier American Facebook or Instagram ad, we receive the contact and moving information shown in that form, including information you confirm from your Meta profile. We use it to respond to the request and provide the services described in the ad and form.

Meta separately handles information on its own platforms under the Meta Privacy Policy. This policy does not control Meta’s processing. An inquiry through Meta does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing by us. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up regarding a lead you submitted.

5. Cookies and website activity

We use first-party website activity measurement to see which of our California and Carolina sites is visited, the pages viewed, approximate visit times, referring website domain, and whether the device is mobile or desktop. A temporary random session identifier helps group visits. Our activity records do not contain your name, email, raw IP address, or full referring URL. We retain activity for up to 90 days and show it only to our office team. We do not sell this activity or use it for cross-site advertising.

Activity measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can enable either to opt out. Session storage also remembers whether you dismissed the moving invitation. No Meta Pixel or advertising cookies are installed by this website.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, ask how it has been used, or request that we stop contacting you about a move. Email Premieramericanmoving@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or call 650-461-0390. Include enough information to help us locate your request, such as the email address used or your quote reference. Please do not send sensitive identification documents in an initial email.

We may need to verify your identity before providing, changing, or deleting records. Some records may need to be retained for an active service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. We will explain any applicable limitation.

Depending on your location and which laws apply, including applicable California privacy laws, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information, to opt out of certain uses, to use an authorized agent, and not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Contact us to make a request or ask about these rights. You can also decline to submit a form and contact us directly.

7. Retention and security

We retain quote and service information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, provide requested services, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether an inquiry becomes a booked service and whether records are needed for legal or dispute purposes. You may request deletion using the contact details above.

The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, and restricted access to stored quote records. No website, email system, or storage method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

8. Children and changes to this policy

Our moving quote services are intended for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or contact affected customers when appropriate or required by law.
